Why did we start 4DK?

 

Lengthy experience within operator environments lead us to see a big problem on the horizon: no one was focusing on solving fragmented and siloed service interoperability and interworking. A proliferation of apps, services, content, clients, devices, network technologies, and standards was causing complexity for the operator, the vendor, the developer, and most importantly for the user. So, our aim was to:
  1. Reduce complexity of service integration for operators;
  2. Help vendors improve the rate of adoption of new platforms;
  3. Provide a framework to speed up time-to-market for developers’ apps; and,
  4. Improve users’ experience by delivering services more intuitively
