David began his wireless career on first-generation analog cellular systems in the late 1980s. Since then he has worked at the executive level in many of the industry's leading firms: PacTel Cellular, AirTouch International, PrimeCo PCS, inCode and prior to joining 4DK, Sprint/Nextel.

David's expertise includes "radio over IP" services such as:

• Push-to-talk; Push-to-x
• EVDO Rev. A
• PTT interoperability
• mobile client development

David is responsible for mapping customer needs into technology solutions; providing strategic guidance to partners on methods for improvement of technology performance, cost-of-service delivery, security and reliability as well as developing 4DK's intellectual property.
