4DK Investors
Founded in December 2005, 4DK has been internally funded for over two years. Poised to launch two new products this year, 4DK solicited its first private equity investment to an elite few. In February 2008, 4DK Technologies, Inc. sold Series A Preferred Shares.

We are excited and honored to have several wireless giants as our Round A investors – among them are Tim Donahue, Steve Shindler and Ed Greenberg. All of our investors have either successfully lead wireless companies, both big and small, made investment decisions on Wall Street as investment bankers or have picked the winners and losers in the industry as wireless analysts.
