Why the world needs SCout
Wireless operators' development pipelines can easily be bogged down with just a few new services, which are far too large and complicated to bring to market quickly. SCout can create big services by combining smaller new and/or existing services. SCout lets operators add new capabilities which can themselves be recombined rapidly into new services - services which can be easily adapted to meet post-launch knowledge gleaned from the marketplace.
