Victoria has a strong sales and marketing background from her 10+ years as co-founder and Managing Director of Active Ingredient, an advertising and design agency based in London, UK. More recently, Vic was recruited by InGenius Labs to take on the role of Head of Marketing and Communications where her responsibilities included the competitive analysis of technologies in the area of impact resistance and establishing the go-to-market strategy for a new nanotechnology in this field.

Vic is part of 4DK's sales strategy and business development team with specific responsibility for carrier and vendor sales. She is also an active contributor to 4DK's consulting practice.
